The Time Travelers (2026)

The Travelers Championship is a professional golf tournament on the PGA Tour in Cromwell, CT, a suburb of Hartford. 

The tournament has been held at TPC River Highlands since 1984 and is managed by the Greater Hartford Community Foundation.

In 2018, the Travelers Championship earned the Players' Choice Award for the second consecutive year. This award is voted on by PGA Tour members for its services, hospitality, attendance, and course quality.

More importantly, this is the only PGA event in New England, which makes it special for us in Western Massachusetts.

Of course, Broken Joe Golf’s version is just a bit off, which means we will be playing the “Time Travelers Championship.” 

 The 2026 Time Travelers will be played on June 28th, 2026, at Rolling Meadows Country Club,  76 Sadds Mill Rd, Ellington, CT 06029, approximately 40 minutes north of Cromwell. The cost is $50 without a cart and $70 with a cart.

Handicaps

The Time Travelers is worth a total of 240 Points, with first place receiving 30 Points and last place receiving just 2 Points.

Unfortunately, Iron Mike will not be joining us for the Time Travelers.

BJG Drop Zone:

Hole 3 should be the only place a BJG Drop Zone is needed. You will move to the drop zone after putting your first ball into the water.

The Longest Drive is the 6th Hole, Par 4 (366 yards). The “Closest to the Pin” is the 13th Hole, Par 3 (163 yards).
