Legend of Tomorrow / LOSERS OF TODAY

Before we crown the next Legend of Tomorrow, let’s look back at how each of our “Losers of Today” ended up here.
Rob, Eric, Matt, and Joe V – finished outside the cutline at the end of the regular season.
Stephen and Iron Mike squandered their first-round playoff spots.
James and JT fought valiantly in the first round but came up just short.
Unfortunately, James will not be playing in The Legends of Tomorrow; he will just be returning from the Veteran Golf Association’s National Tournament.
Rob called me last Friday to say that he would need to take the remainder of the year off to address some issues, but he assured me that he would return in 2026.
I also received a text from Iron Mike saying that he hurt his back and would be out for 3 or 4 weeks. We all hope Iron Mike’s back gets better fast.
JT texted us on Tuesday afternoon, saying he couldn't play in the Legends of Tomorrow because he had forgotten he would be away.
Three hours later, Matt texted the group to say that he, too, was out for Sunday.
That means just Stephen, Eric, and Joe V will be playing in the Legends of Tomorrow / Losers of Today.
Originally, the winner was supposed to move on to the FINALS, but that was when there was a 1 in 8 chance. We are now down to a 1 in 3 chance, and as the Commissioner, I cannot allow that to take place.
I have eight golfers who have advanced to the 2nd Round of the Playoffs due to their hard work and their commitment.
Four finished at the top and received a first-round bye; the other four finished as winners in the 1st round of the Playoffs. They deserve the chance to be among the Final Four.
The winner of the Legends of Tomorrow / Losers of Today will now be the person who finished the BJG season in 9th place.

The winner of this event will finish the season as the 9th-best Golfer in BJG for the 2025 season.

Before tee-off, we’ll honor Rachelle, winner of the 2025 BJG regular season (The Race to Big Y – Dubai), with the BIG CHECK 🏆 and a $50 Big Y Gift Card.
After the round, I’ll meet with Adam and Magic Mike, captains of the 2025 Presidents Cup, to finalize plans for October 5th, 2025. Please review your schedule and let me know if you are unable to participate in the Presidents Cup.
