Almost a year has passed since Chris and I lost the “Best Ball Challenge”. I won’t deny the fact that it was tough loss, especially against Ronnie Ruger and Daddy 2 Guns, and it would be nice to avenge that wrong.

What I didn’t know until last night was how much Matt has been thinking about this re-match. The word that comes to mind is… constant. Maybe it was a highlight of his life. Matt was talking a good game but he knows in his heart that Dave is going to carry him most of the way.. Dave knows it too but he can't afford to shake his partner's already shaky confidence.

All I know is that we are up to the challenge and I have full faith in my partner. If the Golf Gods and Mother Nature stay out of it then it should be a good game.

Of course it looks like crappy weather and I usually play better in unfavorable conditions which hopefully means that Mother Nature takes the day off.

Besides, it really going to hurt to have these guys beat us twice.
