It is fitting that our “Misters” is played on the very same day as the “Masters” and because we are playing on Sunday it feels like we have all made the weekend cut and are now in the final round.
Both Broken Joe Golf and the PGA will be crowning our first Major Champion at the end of the day and like the Masters, Broken Joe Golf will be awarding a Green Jacket to the winner.

There are also 400 FedUp Cup points up for grab so I hope you bring your “A” game. Plus some of the new trophies have arrived. Here is a first look at the "Misters" trophy

Our first Major of the year is at St Annes Country Club in Feeding Hills. While St Annes is not Augusta National, it can be a challenging course.
Somehow at the last minute we ended up with 12 golfers. We have 10 returning Golfers and 2 new Golfers. For our first Major I decided to mix and match the cart assignments.
Group One: 12:35 Tee Time
Cart 1: Dave (+6) & Chris (0)
Cart 2: Jake (+3) & Joe (0)
Group Two: 12:44 Tee Time
Cart 3: Joe T (0) & Rock (-3)
Cart 4: Bryan (0) & Eric (-3)
Group Three: 12:53 Tee Time
Cart 5: Dan (-3) & Adam (-3)
Cart 6: Matt (-6) & John (-6)
In case there is a tie we will have a Sudden Death Play Off on only the first hole (because of how late it will be). If there is no winner after one hole there will be a putt off at the putting green.
The will be a “Closest to the Hole” competition on the 11th Hole (133 yard) Par 3, and a Longest Drive Competition on the 13th Hole, (315 yard) Par 4. The cost is $5.00 per person and the pot will be split between the two winners. For the Closest to the Pin, you must be on the green and for the Longest Drive you must be in the fairway. In both cases only your first shot from the tee box will count for this competition.
And in the final 24 hours before the Misters, I’ll leave you a quote to remember for tomorrow.
“The worse you're performing, the more you must work mentally and emotionally. The greatest and toughest art in golf is "playing badly well." All the true greats have been masters at it.” Jack Nicklaus
Respectfully,
