With just 25 days left until the 2024 BJG Winter Meeting, I wanted to make sure I got this information out early, so you can plan accordingly and so we don’t have any confusion.

We signed and paid for the Hampton Inn conference room last Friday. The address is 20 Phoenix Ave, Enfield, CT 06082. Since we have been here before, we were able to get a 33% discount. However, because this room also doubles as their overflow breakfast room, it will be a later start (11:30).

We will start with a 30-minute Meet and Greet.  This is important because in 2024 we will have 5 new members.

Next, we will roll into the 2023 BJG Awards.  The awards are:

12:45 - 1:00: Break

1:00 - 1:45: 2024 BJG Meeting

1:45 - 2:00: Final Issues / Questions

2:00 - 2:30: Break Down / Clean Up

Attendance at the 2024 Winter Meeting will earn you 5 BJG FedUp Cup Points, but you have to be there for the whole meeting.

To date, we have had 5 golfers pay their 2024 BJG fee:  Joe T, Alex, EJ, Rob and Myself.    

That leaves Matt, Adam (2), JT, Joe V, Rey, and Dustin.  Please contact Alex if you are not paying with Venmo.
