We haven’t even swung a club, and yet we have our FIRST Breaking News post.

With just 24 hours before the next blog post and 5 days before the BJG Pan Am: Pro-Am, we have lost a member for the 2024 Season.

Alex and his wife had twins, which prevented him from playing golf last year. Somehow, Alex thought that this year could be / would be easier.

Alex now moves to the “Stand By” list in case we need a stand-in player.

BJG is now down to 13 members and 11 players for the Pan Am: Pro-Am.

I am currently working to secure a 12th golfer, but we may have to go with one group of 3 and two groups of 4. When the world gives you lemons, you make Lemonade.

As I re-work the Teams, this is what I can tell you:

We are playing at East Mountain Country Club in Westfield.
We have three tee times: 10:15, 10:22, and 10:37.
We have 12 golfers for the closest-to-pin competitions, so it will cost $30 in cash due to Joe T at East Mountain on Sunday.
