As soon as I released the 2022 BJG Schedule, Matt T texted me saying that he would have to miss at least four weeks, with two of those weeks being Majors. Matt T was going to miss these four weeks because of his fishing tournaments.

I worked with EJ and Cody as we looked for different ways that we might be able to keep Matt T in the league, but I just could not make it work.

As I said in the New Year's blog, commitment is a priority at BJG. For Matt T, his commitment is to fishing, and I can respect that. I am sure that Joe Willie will reach out to Matt T since we will have at least three openings each round.

We are now down to 17 Golfers. That means that we will still need five tee times, and the groups will be 4, 4, 3, 3, and 3.

And yes, the schedule is confirmed. We are locking down the courses as I write this blog.

There are only 24 days until the Ct Golf Show, so if you need that “special” club, a fancy piece of clothing, or some social distance male bonding time, this will be the place to be.

In just 60 days, we are supposed to have our “Winter Meeting”, but I am having trouble finding a place that we can afford. If you have any ideas, please send them my way.

And in 74 days, we will be playing in the PAN-AM: Pro, Am, Am, Am. Hopefully, it will be better than last year.

Just know, that we here at the BJG World HQs, are working hard, preparing for the BJG 2022 season (Courses, Handicaps, Rules, and Cart Assignments).

I will post more information as we continue to draft and finalize the details of the 2022 BJG season.

Respectfully,
