Results from the 2024 Legends of Tomorrow

Again, the day was just off, maybe because of the tee times, or maybe it was the missing golfers. Either way, it was a beautiful day to play golf. 

Stephen was out, but Joe V was back in.

Front Nine:

1st Place: James – 35 (42)

2nd Place:  Rob – 36 (46)

3rd Place:  Joe V – 41 (45)

4th Place:  Joe T – 46 (58)

Just like the Golfers in the 2nd Round of the playoffs, they quickly realize that the course has been set up for a golf tournament.  The tee boxes are way back, the greens are fast, and the pin placement can be brutal.

James is playing well, coming off his victory at the VGA regionals, but Rob, coming back from vacation, was ready for the challenge and was right behind James.

Joe V, back from an injury, is still in the mix, and Joe T will need to play better golf to stay in the hunt.

The easiest hole on the front was the 2nd Hole, Par 4, which played at almost one stroke over par.  The hardest hole was the 7th hole, Par 4, which played at almost two strokes over par.

As a group, they were four over par with a score of 40 (48).

Back Nine:

1st Place:  Rob – 33 (43)

2nd Place:  Joe T – 41 (53)

3rd Place:  James – 42 (49)

3rd Place:  Joe V – 42 (46)

Rob was just CRUSHING the back nine and has the lone birdie.  Joe T finds some redemption to beat James and Joe V by one stroke as they fall just off the pace.

The easiest hole on the front was the 17th Hole, Par 4, which played at just over par.  The hardest hole was the 15th hole, Par 4, which played at almost two strokes over par.

As a group, they were four over par with a score of 40 (48) and a final score of 80 (96).

Remember, scores are not official until they are entered into the computer.

1st Place:  Rob – 69 (89)

2nd Place:  James – 77 (91)

3rd Place:  Joe V – 83 (91)

4th Place:  Joe T – 87 (111)

Congratulations to Rob on his victory. As the winner of the Legends of Tomorrow, he will join Rey, Adam, and JT at the 2024 BJG Tour Championship. This should be a great matchup.
