Results from The Chosen FORE

It was a beautiful day, and we had 12 Golfers ready to meet the challenge of alternating shots.

Yes, the pressure is on you to find out what kind of teammate you are. I had forgotten how hard this challenge was, you could not get into a rhythm hitting the ball every other time. To make matters worse, there were at least 8 walkers in front of us.

Front Nine:

Bryan & Alex – 46

I think we were all a little surprised to see Bryan & Alex leading after 9 but they were working very well together.

Back Nine:

The wheels finally fall off for Bryan and Alex after the 14th hole, and like the Titanic, the ship is sinking fast. Meanwhile, Dave and EJ stayed focused, and are ready to move to the front.

On the other end, Joe & Rock have an epic meltdown on the 18th hole in front of God and everyone, finally ending the last hole with a brutal 13. It would have been much worse had Rey not found their ball on the hill, in the high grass to the left of the pin.

Team Jason & Juan win both the Longest Drive (Jason) and the Closest to the Pin (Juan)

The Championship of the World is our next BJG event and will be played on Sunday, July 17th at Pine Knoll in East Longmeadow.
