That Was Easy (said no one)

Finally, the BJG season is about to begin. We have done a lot of prep work and now it's time for the BJG Winter Meeting. This is the last piece of the puzzle before we actually swing a club and compete to see you will be the 2021 Fed Up Cup Champion.

The 2021 BJG Winter Meeting will be this Sunday at Bryan’s parents' Lake House. The address is 530 Griffin Road West Suffield, CT.

Bryan’s parents live at the Lake House along with his Grandmother. That means that we stay outside and away from them. If we need to interact with them, follow the COVID-19 rules: minimum 6ft apart, wear your mask, wash your hands, and bring some hand sanitizer.

Bryan’s mom wants to feed us but I don’t want her to take her money, so bring a couple of $5’s to pay for food. As usual, bring what you want to drink.

Arrive at 11:30 and the meeting should start around Noon. We will be covering the Schedule, Handicaps, Rules, and Fees.

I think the schedule is set but it will not hurt to run through it quickly.

Fees should also be set since everyone voted for the "End Of Season Awards" dinner. I am proposing a two-part payment system for returning Golfers. $33.00 is due by our first event “The Pan Am: AM, AM., AM & AM” on 3/28/21. The 2nd payment would be due on 8/22/21 at the BJG Championship. Of course, you can also pay early, Dan will be more than happy to take your money.

New Members fees are $80 and are due at the first event, “The Pan Am: AM, AM., AM & AM” on 3/28/21. Again, please see Dan.

Handicaps should only take a few minutes and the Rules will need to be reviewed.

The high temperature on Sunday is supposed to be 44 degrees. Dress appropriately to stay warm, we will be next to the water.

Bring your Driver (and some cash), I am hoping to set up a Longest Drive Competition with the simulator.
