The 2021 Chubby Classic

This is the second year that the “Chubby Classic” is on the BJG schedule. The “Chubby Classic’s” name was inspired from the “Chubb Classic” which is played on the Champions Tour.

The “Chubby Classic” will be played on April 25th, 2021 at Ledges Golf Course at 8 Mulligan Drive, South Hadley, MA. There will be 210 total points up for grabs with first place winning 20 points and last place winning just 1 point.

Jake is the 2020 Chubby Classic Champion and as the current Champion, he will lead us off the first tee.

The Chubby Classic will also serve as a practice round for “The Pretenders” (The Players)

Closest to the Pin ($3.00) will be on the 7th Hole (106 yards) and the Longest Drive ($2.00) will be on the 16th Hole. Joe T will have the materials and Rey will pick up the materials and bring them back to the club house.

Dan reports that Matt still owes the BJG $65.00 fee plus the $20.00 late fee ($85.00) which will be due before 9am on 4/25/2021.

The weather forecast for Sunday is 60 percent chance of rain, with a high of 57 degrees.
