With the addition of the Nation Golf League, this years story is going to be a little different.

First, we have our Division winners, which are no surprise after the last round of no shows.

Because of how things have worked out, the Division winners will be playing a practice round before they complete for the "Race to Big Y's (Dubai)" Big Check on 9/18/22 at Chicopee. This will also give me a chance to finalize the BJG handicaps.

And then we have 9 Golfers fighting for 6 Wildcard spots. The 3 losing Golfers will be moving on the "Legends of Tomorrow, Losers of Today" event on 10/2/22 at Cold Springs.

Dude, Where's My Par has a tight race between Dave (28), Jake (26) and Bryan (24). Bryan will need to win if he hopes to grab a Wildcard spot.

A Few Good Men - With Rey out, Jason and Joe will move on to the Wildcard round.

Team Mediocre has a close race with Juan and Rock both at 20 points. 6 points would go along way to securing a Wildcard spot.

After this round we will identify the Captains for the 2022 Rider Cup. With Rey out for 2 rounds, he is not only the first Golfer in the "Legends of Tomorrow", but Rey is also a Captain for the 2022 BJG Rider Cup.

And we haven't even talked about who will be the winner of our 4th and final Major, the BJG Championship. If you recall, last year we had to cancel the BJG Championship because of Hurricane Henri.

The 2022 BJG Championship will be played at East Mountain Golf Course on September 11th, 2021. We were supposed to play at Franconia but they have a tournament.

Joe T has done a great job getting us tee times this year, and this round is no exception.

Joe T started working the phones at 10:15 in the morning on August 30th searching for tee times for the BJG Championship golf event scheduled for September 11. Joe T called St Anne, Westover, Agawam, Airways and Oak Ridge. Finally at at 4:46, EZ Mountain answered our desperate call.

While it is true that EZ Mountain is not is the greatest shape because of the drought, we are each playing under the exact same conditions.

"Closet to the Pin" is on the Par 3 ,10th Hole and the "Longest Drive" is on the Par 5, 11th Hole.

Be early, AND please bring the DIVISION TROPHIES !!!!

There will not be a "get together" at BJG World HQs due to the start of the NFL season and the current construction project that is under way.
