The BJG Fed Up Cup Playoffs Continue

Yes, Monday was a busy day for the Commissioner, not only did I have to deal with a scoring issue, but we also had some trouble finding a golf course for the 2nd round.

We wanted Cold Springs or Westover but, the tee times where after 10 am and, that was just too late and it could be too hot.

Working with the Scheduling Committee for about 4 hours, calling different golf courses and numerous texts back and forth, the Scheduling Committee Chairman picked Crestview County Club as the location for the second round of the Fed Up Cup playoffs. Crestview at $55 for 18 holes with a cart is only $5.00 more than Cold Spring but, we are playing about 2 hours earlier and, Crestview is in Agawam. The address is 281 Shoemaker Lane, Agawam, MA.

The PGA’s second round of the FedEx Cup is sponsored by BMW. BJG chose AMC because you just can’t ignore the cool car names like the Hornet, Gremlin, Matador, Javelin, and who could forget the AMX.

If your keeping score of who is in or out, your scorecard is probably a mess at this point.
