Welcome to the 2nd Round of the BJG / NGL Playoffs

If we were ever do the NGL again, I think the 2nd Round of the Playoffs would be the Conference Championship round.

For the 2nd Round, we will be heading back to Veterans Golf Course on Oct 2nd, 2022.

Let’s meet our Golfers that have made it through the regular season and the first round of the Playoffs.

Joe T: Joe T was “A Few Good Men” Division Champion. Joe T also won the Father and Uncles Invitational, and he is the current “Champion of the World. Joe T finished first at the Race to Big Y (Dubai)

Cody: Cody was “Dude, Where’s My Car” Division Champion. Cody also won the Chubby Classic, The Time Travelers, and the American Freedom Open. Cody finished second in the Race to Big Y (Dubai).

Adam: Adam was Team Mediocrity” Division Champion. Adam also finished third in the Race to Big Y (Dubai).

Dustin: Dustin was “Dumpster Fire” Division Champion. Dustin finished fourth in the Race to Big Y (Dubai)

Jason: Jason was “A Few Good Men” Wild Card winner. Jason was also the Victory or Valhalla Champion.

Alex: Alex was the “Dumpster Fire” Wild Card winner. Alex also won the trophy for the first round of the Playoffs.

Jake: Let’s be honest, Jake is lucky to be here. Jake missed 3 Majors and the COTW. Had Dave not quit, Jake would have been the 2nd person to move to the Legends of Tomorrow. But that is not what happened. The Golf Gods shined on Jake once Dave and Bryan were both out. Jake had an easy path (through the trees) to the 2nd Round of the Playoffs.

Juan: Speaking of luck, I still don’t understand how Juan made it to the 2nd round of the Playoffs after missing 6 weeks of golf. To Juan’s credit, he did say he would make it to the playoffs. Juan did win the last 3 Majors in his division, and he did tie for the Fathers & Uncles Invitational, only to lose to Joe T in a Putt Off.

The time for playing around is over. Only the top 4 golfers will be going up to the Finals.
